Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounts, Tally ERP / Tally Prime, GST, TDS, PF, and statutory compliance. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and cost control, with hands-on experience in manufacturing industry accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update books of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Ind AS / GAAP standards.
• Manage invoices, billing, vendor payments, customer collections, and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle Tally, Tally Prime, GST filings, TDS returns, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Support the management team with financial analysis, MIS reports, and data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and manufacturing finance regulations.

Required Skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Accounting / Finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and other ERP accounting systems.
• Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and accounting software tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
