Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Conduct periodic internal audits and support external audits. Maintain and update accounting systems and financial databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Handle payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement. Monitor cash flow and manage expense control processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
