As an Accountant at our company, your role involves maintaining books of accounts for operations, generating GST-compliant invoices, and ensuring proper tax classification. Your responsibilities will include bank reconciliation, cash flow tracking, and petty cash management. You will be responsible for preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and coordinating with the CA for monthly/annual filings. Monitoring stock valuation, maintaining ledger reconciliation with the billing system, and generating financial reports including daily sales reports, P&L, and outstanding reports will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, you will need to coordinate with warehouse, billing, and retail teams to ensure stock and accounting accuracy. Additionally, you will assist with audits, vendor reconciliations, and statutory compliances. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent). - Experience in managing accounts for pharma distribution/retail operations. - Working knowledge of pharmacy billing software such as Marg, Unisolve, etc. is a plus. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance. - Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills. - Good understanding of tax filings, credit/debit notes, and reconciliation procedures.
