Job Description

Accounting & Finance:

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP/accounting software.
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
Maintain accounts payable/receivable, supplier/vendor reconciliation, and customer outstanding reports.
Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and assist in statutory audits.
Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.

Inventory & Pharma Distribution:

Reconcile purchase invoices with GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and distributor claims.
Monitor credit/debit notes related to expired/returned medicines.
Track stock valuation and ensure accurate COGS (cost of goods sold) entries.
Support inventory audits and cross-check stock with accounts.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to tax compliance, drug regulatory norms, and company policies.
Generate MIS reports (sales, collections, outstanding, margins, stock).
Support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
