Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Work on Tally ERP for entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliation. Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders. Monthly reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and vendor/customer ledgers. Handle GST returns filing, TDS filing, and assist in ITR filing. Prepare documents and coordinate with CA for taxation and finalisation. Maintain stock registers, track inward/outward material, and reconcile with accounts. Handle import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping papers, and bank documents. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, etc.). Maintain data entry, vouchers, and bills filing in an organised manner. Support management in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries. Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas). Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and other taxation compliances. Accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting. Ability to manage stock, costing, and inventory-related accounting. Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation. Strong organisational and time management skills. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting. 2–5 years of proven experience in accounting and taxation. Knowledge of current accounting standards and statutory requirements.
