Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sikar for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor at Mahavir Enterprise. The HVAC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Daily tasks will include supervising HVAC technicians, conducting troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating schedules, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring efficient operation of all HVAC activities.
