Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Handle sales enquiries promptly and professionally (calls, emails, in-person). Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors. Actively generate new leads through platforms like IndiaMART and other B2B portals. Upload, update, and manage product listings on IndiaMART and other relevant marketplaces. Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations to potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business expansion. Follow up with clients for orders, quotations, and payments. Assist in planning and execution of marketing strategies, trade shows, and exhibitions. Work closely with management to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Skills & Competencies:Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus). Confidence and fluency in customer interaction and negotiations. Good knowledge of IndiaMART and other online B2B sales portals. Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated and target-oriented. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably industrial products). Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.
