Accountant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and optimizing ERP functionalities to support business growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll entries, and general ledger postings in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Prepare accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition in line with accounting standards.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations, and oversee accruals.
• Generate and analyze financial reports directly from Business Central to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support year-end closing activities, audits, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and leverage ERP automation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance roles.
• Hands-on expertise with 

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

   (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, with ability to collaborate with international teams.

Preferred

• Experience working in the 

  food & beverage, FMCG, or SaaS-enabled businesses

  .
• Exposure to international accounting practices and cross-border compliance.
