About the Role

Accountant cum HR Administrator


Key Responsibilities


Accounting & Finance

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support audits.
  • Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Maintain vendor and client accounts, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

HR Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
  • Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Support in drafting HR policies, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

Office Administration

  • Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for compliance, legal, and statutory matters.
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in 

    Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR

    .
  • 2–4 years of combined experience in accounting and HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, and statutory compliances.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, labor laws, and employee management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software (e.g., Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books), and HR tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both 

    SMEs/startups

     and structured organizations.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems and modern accounting/ERP tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
