About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant cum HR Administrator to manage our financial operations while supporting HR and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys balancing numbers with people management, and wants to contribute to both organizational efficiency and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support audits. Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and statutory compliance (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, etc.). Maintain vendor and client accounts, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. HR Administration Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems. Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits. Support in drafting HR policies, contracts, and compliance documentation.
