Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for numbers and reconciliation? We are looking for an Account Associate to join our growing team in Gurugram!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Disbursements:
● Check, process, and release payouts to vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders in line with agreements and internal policies.● Maintain timely and accurate records of all disbursements and outgoing payments. Accounts Receivable & Payment Tracking:
● Ensure timely receipt of payments from customers and partners.● Maintain clear, real-time records of all incoming payments.● Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve payment delays or discrepancies. Reconciliation & Reporting:
● Reconcile daily transactions across internal systems using Zoho Books and Google Sheets.● Support financial reporting and provide daily cash flow status updates to management. System Tools & Documentation:
● Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.● Monitor, analyze, and report key financial data using advanced Google Sheets functions (formulas, pivots, validations, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Google Sheets.● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
