Job Title: HR Executive Location: Dwarka Sector-12, Delhi Experience: 2–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Dwarka Sector-12. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR compliances. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly payroll processing in coordination with the finance team. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, etc. Maintain accurate employee records including onboarding, leaves, and exit processes. Support in maintaining HRMS / attendance & leave tracking. Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance. Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and returns (EPFO, ESIC, etc.). Coordinate with external vendors for compliance audits and filings. Assist in drafting HR policies, appointment letters, and other official communication. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, or relevant field); PGDM in HR . 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, with mandatory payroll and compliance knowledge. Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory deductions, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
