Job Title: Accountant Associate
Location: Sector 66, Gurgaon

Experience Required: Minimum 1.6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Accountant Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting practices, preferably with exposure to the insurance sector. Candidates with a B.Com background .

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate financial records and reports

Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally

Prepare and file GST returns and ensure all statutory compliances

Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes

Reconcile bank statements and ledger balances regularly

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

Ensure adherence to financial controls and timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1.6 years of hands-on accounting experience

B.Com graduate or CA Inter (semi-qualified) preferred

Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel

Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance

Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills
