About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Motor Insurance Specialist to join our growing team at TrustVerge Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in handling motor insurance policies, claims coordination, endorsements, and insurer/client communications. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a strong understanding of the motor insurance ecosystem and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end motor insurance policy issuance and renewals (commercial & private vehicles)

Coordinate with insurers for quotations, underwriting support, and endorsements

Ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and delivery to clients

Manage motor insurance claims coordination and assist clients throughout the claim lifecycle

Maintain MIS reports and documentation as per compliance and internal guidelines

Build and manage strong relationships with insurers, TPAs, and clients

Stay updated with IRDAI regulations and changes in the motor insurance industry

Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in motor insurance (broker or insurer background preferred)

Strong knowledge of policy types, coverages, add-ons, and endorsements

Familiarity with insurer portals and motor insurance processes

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple clients and ensure timely policy delivery and support
