Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our Motor Policy Issuance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and issuing motor insurance policies, verifying documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy in data entry. The candidate should have prior experience in motor policy operations and be able to handle client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify customer and vehicle details for policy issuance.

Coordinate with underwriters and sales teams to ensure smooth policy processing.

Maintain and update policy records in the system.

Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations as required.

Resolve customer and partner queries related to motor policies.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Motor Policy Issuance or Insurance Operations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and policy management software.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
