Position:- Inside Sales Executive Location:- Sector 48, Gurgaon Full time, permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts, all from within the office environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales. Respond to inbound customer inquiries and follow up on leads through phone, email, and chat. Understand customer requirements and present suitable product/service offerings. Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM systems regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with field sales teams for seamless lead handovers and customer support. Build long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent follow-up and support. Provide accurate information and resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
