Retail Sales Assistant

Role:- Field Sales Officer – FMCG Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and proactive Field Sales Officer to join our FMCG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell FMCG products. Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities. Ensure availability and visibility of products in the market. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Conduct regular market visits to gather customer feedback and monitor competitor activity. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide regular reports to the sales manager regarding performance and market conditions. Required Skills & Qualifications:- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus). 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good geographical knowledge of the assigned area. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Basic computer and reporting skills.
