Retail Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive to support our retail store operations. The role focuses on assisting customers, managing merchandise, and contributing to daily sales activities. Candidates should be presentable, polite, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
• Explain product features, sizes, and pricing clearly.
• Ensure shelves and displays are neat and well arranged.
• Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor when required.
• Support billing activities during peak hours.
• Follow store rules and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Help in achieving store sales targets as a team.

Eligibility

• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good spoken communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
• Interest in customer service and sales.
