Job Description

Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss accounts. Cost and Management Accounting: Analyze production costs, prepare cost reports, and assist in inventory valuation. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other legal and regulatory standards. Auditing: Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors, including factory and stock audits. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the budget process, monitor cash flow, and provide financial forecasts. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior management. Payroll and Payments: Manage payroll functions and process vendor and other payments. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support for tenders, proposals, and investment decisions. System Improvement: Help implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls.
