Job Description

Oversee and ensure accurate posting and processing of journal entries for all business transactions.
Supervise and review accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and collections.
Monitor and manage accounts payable, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company accounting standards.
Review, verify, and control expense reports, payroll records, and other financial documents.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data updates in databases and ERP/accounting systems.
Oversee and control inventory records including SIM cards, demo devices, and replacement devices, ensuring proper valuation and reporting.
Prepare, review, and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS/financial reports for management.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely completion.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and reports.
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen financial compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants and team members.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
