Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record daily financial transactions using Zoho Books and other accounting tools.
Process accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns using accounting software.
Generate and analyze financial reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Integrate Zoho with other tools (e.g., Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Payroll) and manage data flows.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
Maintain compliance with local accounting regulations and internal financial policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Implement process improvements using automation within Zoho and other platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year working with Zoho Books.
Experience with at least one additional tool such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or Oracle NetSuite.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS).
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Zoho Books or other accounting software.
Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, or Zoho CRM integrations.
Experience in handling multi-currency transactions and consolidated financials.
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Zoho Flow, Zapier, or Deluge scripting).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
