Job Description

Job Title:

Accounting & Finance:

Manage
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
with proper follow-up and reconciliations.
Handle
ITR filing, GST returns, and Income Tax compliance
on time.
Maintain accurate accounting records in
Tally ERP 9
and generate required reports.
Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and monthly closing of accounts.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and support in budgeting & financial planning.

Payroll & Administration:

Manage
payroll processing
, employee attendance, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
Maintain employee records and support HR in related documentation.
Handle office administration including vendor coordination, procurement, and general office operations.
Draft letters, maintain company documentation, and support management in day-to-day operations.

Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST, ITR filing, and Income Tax
.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel
.
Good understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting.
Certification in Tally/Accounting software would be an added advantage.
