Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and reconcile ledgers, vouchers, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office maintenance, asset tracking, and documentation.
  • Support HR and operations teams with attendance, travel, and expense management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
  • Manage communication with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in any ERP system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
