Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Accounting principles and hands-on experience in Tally ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities to support smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger management.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings in coordination with auditors.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly P&L statements.
• Monitor outstanding collections and follow-up on payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation and proper documentation.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Key Requirements

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
