We are looking for an Accountant (on-site) to join our team in Mysore. The role involves maintaining financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. Suitable candidates will be responsible for supporting the overall finance function of the organization. Core Technical Requirements: 2-3 years compulsory experience in a CA firm handling multiple client accounts. Experience in preparing client audit schedules and supporting statutory/tax audits. Experience with accounting up to finalisation for individuals, proprietorships, firms, companies. Working knowledge of TDS. Strong knowledge of GST, including ITC rules, monthly/quarterly filings, and annual reconciliation. Ability to prepare final accounts Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet (basic drafting skills). Skills: Tally Prime (mandatory) MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas) Experience in GST portal, Income Tax portal, MCA, and TDS portal (preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time-management skills to handle multiple clients. Ability to meet monthly compliance deadlines. Requirements: Mandatory: Minimum 23 years of experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm only. Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
