About the Role

As an IT Sales Manager at Acintyo Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will lead and drive our sales efforts, promoting innovative technology solutions to new and existing clients. This position requires a blend of office-based management and field activities to maximize outreach and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

·       Drive sales by reaching out to prospective and current clients to promote Acintyo’s technology solutions.

·       Set and achieve sales targets for the team and individual contributors.

·       Provide training and professional development to sales team members.

·       Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·       Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure seamless customer support.

·       Develop strategies and initiatives to increase market share.

·       Ensure proactive follow-up with potential and existing clients.

·       Generate and analyze sales reports for management review.

·       Address escalated client concerns and provide solutions to challenging objections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage clients.

·       Demonstrated ability to understand and promote IT hardware, software, and services.

·       Business acumen to define sales strategies, create projections, and achieve targets.

·       Strong mentoring skills to train and nurture junior sales staff.

·       Experience leading customers through the sales process and closing deals.

·       Integrity and professionalism, leading by example in all interactions.

Experience Requirements

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership position, preferably in IT or technology solutions.

·       Hands-on experience with B2B sales and managing diverse client portfolios is a plus.

·       Proven track record in achieving sales goals and team-based objectives.

·       Experience leading a hybrid (office and field) sales team is desirable.

Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.

Compensation

  • Salary will be commensurate with experience, competitive within market standards.
