Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and manage
sales invoices
accurately and in a timely manner.
Create, update, and maintain
Sales Invoices in Zoho Books
.
Handle
Accounts Receivable (AR)
, including tracking outstanding payments, following up with customers, and maintaining AR reports.
Ensure compliance with
GST regulations
, including proper application of GST rates, invoice formats, and documentation.
Assist in
GST-related reconciliations, filings, and returns
as required.
Work with
Form 26AS
for reconciliation of TDS credits.
Maintain financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Thorough knowledge of GST
rules and procedures.
Proficient in Zoho Books
with hands-on experience in invoicing and reporting.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
and its accounting workflows.
Strong understanding of
Accounts Receivable
processes.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Thorough knowledge of
GST rules and procedures

Proficiency in
Zoho Books

Basic knowledge of
