Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description: Accountant Company: Zenia & Chill (Hospitality and Serviced Apartments) Location: Mumbai (Powai / Vikhroli / Other project sites) Job Type: Full-time --- About Us Zenia & Chill are design-led hospitality brands offering serviced apartments, boutique stays, villas, bistros, and themed experiences across Mumbai and Patna. We are growing rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, compliance, and reporting for our expanding portfolio. --- Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, salaries). Manage daily entries for multiple hospitality units (Airbnb, MMT, direct bookings, restaurants, banquets). Banking & Payments Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements. Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash records. Compliance & Taxation Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time. Assist with annual audits and coordinate with external auditors. Financial Reporting Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management. Track revenue, expenses, and profitability across properties and projects. Process & Control Implement financial controls to minimize errors and leakage. Support management with budgeting and forecasting. --- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred). 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or service sector. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks and MS Excel. Familiarity with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multi-unit accounts. --- What We Offer Competitive salary (₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month depending on experience).
