Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Title: Account Executive Location: [ Farm No - 7, Club Drive Road, near Metro Station, Gadaipur, Ghitorni, New Delhi, Delhi 110030] Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 25k to 30k Reporting To: Finance Manager About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and invoice processing. Review and verify the accuracy of supplier invoices and purchase orders (POs). Enter invoices into the accounting or ERP system  Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts (3-way matching). Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments. Ensure proper approvals are obtained before processing payments. Maintain organized digital and physical invoice records. Support monthly closing activities by providing necessary invoice data. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Maintain records of financial transactions and support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in audits and compliance-related activities. Coordinate with other departments for expense reports and documentation. Qualifications & Skills  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software like Tally ERP.
