Job Description: HR Recruiter Job Title: HR Recruiter – Entry-Level Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office) Work Schedule: Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Working Days: 6 Days Weekly Off: Sunday Job Summary: Are you passionate about building a career in HR within the hospitality sector? CATERSPOINT is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with a background in Hotel Management or an MBA in Human Resources to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with 0–6 months of HR experience to kickstart their journey in talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a flair for presentations while demonstrating a keen understanding of organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the hospitality sector. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process efficiently. Company Needs Assessment: Work closely with department managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Identify key competencies and skillsets required for each role. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Prepare reports on hiring progress using MS Excel. Presentation and Employer Branding: Prepare engaging presentations for recruitment initiatives and HR meetings. Represent the organization in a professional and enthusiastic manner during recruitment events.       Process Improvement: Learn and implement best practices in recruitment and talent management. Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to streamlining processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field. MBA in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 0–6 months of experience in HR or recruitment. Skills: Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. MS Excel: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting. Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with candidates and team members. Key Competencies: Adaptability: Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
