Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP software).
  • Record all financial transactions (receipts, payments, purchases, etc.) daily.
  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports monthly.
  • Ensure reconciliation of bank accounts and ledger accounts.

2. Billing & Receivables:

  • Verify daily room revenue, restaurant bills, and other income.
  • Generate invoices for B2B clients (e.g. OTA, corporates).
  • Follow up on receivables and maintain debtor ageing reports.

3. Accounts Payable & Vendor Management:

  • Maintain purchase records and vendor ledgers.
  • Process vendor payments as per due dates.
  • Ensure GST input credit is accurately recorded and reconciled.

4. Taxation & Compliance:

  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
  • Handle TDS deductions, payments, and quarterly returns.
  • Assist with Income Tax and other statutory compliance.

5. Payroll & HR Support:

  • Manage salary processing and disbursement.
  • Maintain records for EPF/ESI if applicable.
  • Assist in payroll compliance and attendance tracking.

6. Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Assist in preparation of annual/monthly budgets.
  • Track variances and report abnormal expenses.
  • Recommend cost control measures where necessary.

7. Internal Audits & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with external/internal auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and hotel policies.
  • Support management with required MIS reports and data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Com/M.Com or MBA (Finance); CA Inter preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in accounting; experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Tally ERP / Marg / hotel accounting software
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and email communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
