Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will oversee and manage the company’s financial transactions, accounts receivable/payable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate ledgers, handling audits, and supporting management in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, payments, receipts, and banking.
• Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts as per company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
• Coordinate with auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
• Prepare MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Monitor debtors and creditors to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Handle vendor and customer account reconciliation.
• Support management in budget planning and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry accounting norms and company financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics) for invoice and payment updates.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• Experience: 3–7 years of accounting experience (preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
• Good command of MS Excel and report generation.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
