Recruitment Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen

  client relationships

  across multiple accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for both

  contract (C2H)

  and

  full-time

  positions.
• Drive

  account mining and account harvesting

  to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
• Lead a team of

  7+ recruiters

  , ensuring target achievement and process adherence.
• Collaborate with

  20+ client SPOCs

  across various accounts for smooth hiring operations.
• Analyze

  team and client performance

  and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Possess strong understanding of

  IT and Engineering skill sets

  , including niche and super-niche technologies.
• Ensure timely delivery on client requirements with a focus on quality and closure ratio.
• Maintain an excellent level of

  communication and stakeholder management

  at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6

  years of experience

  in recruitment and account management within the IT staffing industry.
• Proven track record in managing

  C2H clients

  and scaling accounts through mining/harvesting.
• Strong

  team leadership

  , mentoring, and performance management experience.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
