Role: Account Manager


As our Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind nurturing client relationships, crafting compelling sales pitches, and exploring new business opportunities. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring impactful ideas to life for existing and potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


* Manage day-to-day communication and strategy with existing clients

* Build and pitch tailored proposals to new prospects

* Identify growth opportunities within current accounts

* Lead client onboarding, briefings, and review meetings

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on-brand and on-time

* Stay updated with industry trends and help shape strategic creative solutions

* Represent TheCraftTank in external meetings, presentations, and networking events


Who We're Looking For:


* 2–5 years of experience in a creative agency or digital marketing setup

* Proven experience in client servicing, account handling, or business development

* Strong understanding of branding, packaging, digital content, and influencer campaigns

* Excellent communication & presentation skills (verbal + visual decks)

* A relationship-first mindset with sharp business acumen

* Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and lead discussions independently

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment


Bonus If You Have:


* Hands-on experience pitching to D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brands

* Existing client connects or leads in the marketing ecosystem

* Passion for storytelling, branding, or content creation
