Job description:

Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Plot No 8 Ganesh Vihar -B, Nirman Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Pin code-302019
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years
Budget: 1.80 - 4.20 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager with strong expertise in bookkeeping, taxation, balance sheet preparation, and auditing. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting management in decision-making through accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for financial planning.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and other regulations.
• Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and audit practices.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
