Role Description This is a full-time Account Manager role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing account activities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and tracking client performance metrics, preparation of customized reports as and when required. Qualifications Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Customer Service skills Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
