About Us: MDA Mineral specialises in producing ferro alloys for the steel and foundry industries. We seek an autonomous, seasoned Accounts Manager to streamline our financial operations and drive reporting excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage end‐to‐end accounting: TDS, GST filings, bank reconciliations, audit responses. only data entry for such returns is discouraged. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting. Design and implement fresh workflows (in Tally & Excel) for improved transparency and efficiency. Liaise with banks, auditors, and statutory authorities to resolve queries. Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff; ensure compliance with financial policies. Utilise email and clear communication to coordinate across departments. Must‐Have Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce (BCom minimum); CA Inter or equivalent a plus. 7 + years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. (minimum 5 immediate years in this field) 2 + years as Head of Accounts or equivalent leadership role. Proficient in Tally , advanced Excel , and professional email communication . Strong understanding of TDS , GST , and statutory compliance. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously , prioritise tasks, and communicate clearly. Compensation: Upto ₹6,00,000 per annum (CTC), commensurate with experience.
