Digit Cure is a full-service digital marketing agency in Goa, specializing in social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, SEO, performance marketing, and website development. We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead client strategies and manage a growing team.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will lead social media strategy, oversee content, manage a team of executives, and act as the main client contact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, paid ads, SEO) to ensure impactful campaigns that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Oversee content creation (posts, reels, stories) ensuring brand alignment.
• Lead and mentor social media executives.
• Manage organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track KPIs (engagement, reach, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Ads, and Creative teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms.
