Role Description This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager, located on-site in Goa, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing strategies, developing content strategies, optimizing social media channels (SMO), and writing engaging content. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, monitoring analytics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Social Media Strategies – Create platform-specific strategies aligned with client marketing goals. 2. Content Creation & Scheduling – Design, write, and schedule engaging posts across all relevant platforms. 3. Manage Paid Campaigns – Plan and optimize social media ad campaigns to maximize reach and ROI. 4. Community Engagement – Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and DMs to build strong online communities. 5. Performance Analysis – Track KPIs, generate reports, and use insights to improve content and strategy. 6. Brand Consistency – Ensure all social content reflects the client’s tone, voice, and branding guidelines. 7.
