Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP/QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making. Lead, train, and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
