Bodyshop Advisor - Automobiles

• Greet and assist customers visiting the bodyshop for accident repairs and body-related services.
• Inspect damaged heavy vehicles, prepare preliminary damage reports, and explain repair needs to customers.
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals, documentation, and settlement.
• Provide accurate repair estimates (labour & parts) and obtain customer approval before initiating work.
• Plan and schedule repairs in line with workshop capacity and promised delivery times.
• Regularly update customers on repair status and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Tata Motors’ service quality standards and guidelines.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery to customers.
• Maintain proper job cards, estimates, invoices, and customer communication records.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
• Support the bodyshop team in achieving monthly revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
