Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of bridge construction projects under the EPC model. The role requires comprehensive project management across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in bridge and structural works, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End Project Management: Oversee & Manage the complete lifecycle of bridges construction under EPC contracts, from planning to commissioning till handover.

· Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage to prepare detailed construction schedules, work programs, and ensure timely execution.

· Engineering Oversight: Coordinate with design consultants, proof checkers, and ensure drawings are approved in line with MORTH specifications.

· Procurement Coordination: Oversee procurement planning, vendor selection, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

· Construction Supervision: Ensure all works shared with MORTH to get the proper confirmation on IRC, IS codes, and EPC agreement requirements.

· Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, control costs, and handle billing, invoicing, and claims.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Authority Engineer / Independent Engineer for approvals, inspections, and certifications.

Education & Experience:

· Master’s in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering or EPC Project).

· Minimum 8–15 years of experience in bridge/infrastructure construction, with at least 5+ years in a project manager role under EPC contracts.

· Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale bridge projects (flyovers, interchanges, steel/concrete bridges).

Technical Skills:

· Project planning tools: Primavera P6, MS Project,CAED

· Knowledge of IRC, IS codes, AASHTO, and modern construction techniques.

· Understanding of FIDIC or other EPC contractual frameworks.

Certifications (Preferred):

· PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-SP

· Safety certifications like NEBOSH/IOSH are a plus.

Soft Skills:

· Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

· Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹607,260.38 - ₹1,500,000.95 per year
