Job Description

  • Greet customers and understand their service/repair requirements.
  • Create accurate job cards and service estimates.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to schedule and execute jobs.
  • Communicate repair status, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  • Handle warranty jobs, recalls, and service campaigns as per Tata Motors’ guidelines.
  • Maintain records of customer feedback, service history, and pending issues.
  • Assist in achieving service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the service manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
