Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow analysis tailored to Xtended Spaces logistics and storage operations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions with hosts, clients, and vendors.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies, while preparing the company for future funding and expansion.
• Design and implement budgeting and forecasting models aligned with operational costs such as relocation services, warehouse rentals, and tech infrastructure.
• Monitor financial risks including logistics overheads, tech investments, and operational costs; propose cost-saving strategies.
• Build and mentor a lean but high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and agility.
