Social Media Executive/Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content, engaging with followers, analyzing metrics, and contributing to overall digital marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives. Create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform. Manage daily posts, stories, and interactions across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics in collaboration with the digital marketing team. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor user-generated content. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on social platforms. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Identify and work with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns when applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools) and familiarity with content creation. Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Preferred: Experience with paid ad campaign management. Knowledge of influencer marketing and community building. Exposure to tools like Sprout Social, SEMrush, or HubSpot is a plus.
