Social Media Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for DhanamOnline across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp Channels, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content, including business news updates, reels, videos, infographics, and event promotions.
• Collaborate with the editorial and video teams to ensure timely and high-quality content distribution.
• Monitor trends in business media and social media to optimize content performance and engagement.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategy.
• Manage social media campaigns for events, sponsored content, and paid promotions.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in media, journalism, or business sectors.
• Strong understanding of business news, finance, and Kerala's entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts and improve engagement rates.
• Proficiency in social media tools
• Basic video editing and design skills (Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
