Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations across the South Kerala market.
• Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve targets.
• Understand client business objectives and marketing challenges to offer tailored media solutions
• Develop and pitch integrated campaigns combining magazine ads, digital promotions, event sponsorships, and branded content
• Collaborate with editorial, design, and event teams to deliver compelling, high-quality campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand managers
• Prepare and present media proposals, solutions decks, and ROI-driven sales pitches
• Manage a team and ensure they
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position Dhanam's value proposition effectively
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline with discipline and regular reporting

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within South Kerala as required.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively, work collaboratively, and deliver under pressure
• Understanding of Kerala’s business ecosystem is a plus
