Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Bhopal. The Account Manager will oversee and manage financial accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day accounting operations, managing tax filings, analyzing financial data, supporting audits, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business strategies and drive excellence in financial management.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive accounting knowledge, including budget management, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in tax management, auditing, financial data analysis, and the preparation of statutory financial statements
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and tools such as MS Excel
• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification, with a strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience or internships in the FMCG sector or export domain would be advantageous
