Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account Manager, located in Bhopal. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and preparing and analysing financial statements. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing budgets, handling taxation and auditing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure financial efficiency. The role will also involve implementing accounting policies and contributing to the company’s financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports
• Knowledge of tax regulations, auditing processes, and compliance with accounting standards
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and managing operational finance tasks
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools used for financial management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial insights effectively
• CA qualification is mandatory; fresher or recently qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with the FMCG or export sector is a plus
