Account Manager

Job Summary:

Accountant

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of preparing comprehensive financial reports and MIS for internal review.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Tally

·      Maintain ledgers, journals, and daybooks with accuracy.

·      Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely bank reconciliation.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS:

Management Information Systems (MIS)

·      Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

3. Billing & Documentation:

·      Raise and verify customer bills and sales invoices.

·      Record and track purchase bills and related documentation.

·      Ensure proper record-keeping for audits and internal control.

4. Vendor & Payment Management:

5. GST & Compliance:

TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations

·      Maintain proper documentation for GST audits and reconciliation.

·      Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

·      B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.

3–6 years of accounting experience

·      Good communication and analytical skills.

·      Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
